Subscribe to the tier that fits you — your perks start on your first successful payment. Book your tattoo at least 2 weeks ahead through our booking page. Booking into off-peak days (Tue–Thu) means faster scheduling. Then come in and get inked — each piece is custom-designed around your idea and the artist's creativity.

Small ≈ 2x2". Palm-sized ≈ 4x4". Large ≈ 6x8" to 7x10". Black & grey is included on all tiers; color is available on a case-by-case basis. Tiers that allow large pieces use a simple credit system: a palm-sized piece = 1 credit, a large piece = 3 credits, a small piece = ½ credit. Example: Elite includes 12 palm-credits a year — that's 12 palm-sized, OR 4 large, OR any mix totaling 12 (like 2 large + 6 palm). Spend your credits on whatever sizes you like.

Unused tattoos roll over and stay valid for 12 months from the date earned. You can redeem a maximum of 2 banked pieces in any single month, so scheduling stays manageable. Rollover credits end when your membership ends — cancelling stops the clock, and banked tattoos don't survive a cancellation.

You can gift your tattoo to someone else instead of using it yourself — this uses up your own credit for that period. Gifting must be approved and confirmed by the studio in advance, and the gifted piece follows your tier's size and design rules. Limits: Cloud Pass — 1/month (after month 2); Drip — 1/quarter; Elite — anytime with approval. Memberships are otherwise non-transferable; one membership = one member's allotment.

Your tier covers a custom design at the agreed size. If a design needs extensive detail, complex linework, heavy color saturation, or extra session time beyond the normal range, an upcharge may apply — and we always quote you before booking, never a surprise. Your tier discount (10/15/20%) applies to that upcharge too. Size can be adjusted down to fit placement at no charge; sizing up past your tier may carry an upcharge.

Book at least 2 weeks in advance. Missed appointments without 48 hours' notice forfeit that period's tattoo credit. Repeated no-shows or booking abuse may end the membership.

Email 5thcloudvisuals@gmail.com at least 3 days before your next billing date. Email only — no DMs, text, or in-person, so there's always a record. Once a billing cycle starts, that payment is locked for the cycle. Cancelling stops future billing and ends rollover credits. Cloud Pass has a 2-month minimum before cancellation.

Your rate is locked while your membership stays active; cancel and rejoin later, and current rates apply. Slots are limited per tier. We may update or pause the program with 30 days' notice to members. Each billing cycle is non-refundable once it begins. Your information is never sold or shared — it's used only for studio communication and your membership.
